Wayne Embrey is a retired law enforcement leader with over 30 years of experience and a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He specializes in leadership development, officer training, and church safety planning, helping organizations and churches build strong leaders and safe, prepared environments through practical, real-world training and faith-centered leadership principles.
Mike Campagna
Chief Training Officer & Academic Director

Combines over three decades of military and law enforcement experience, including serving as a Major and Commander of CMPD’s Training Bureau. He has a Master's of Education degree and uses that to lead all educational development at Embrey Consulting Group. Mike designs and implements training programs that equip officers and organizations with both leadership skills and strategic knowledge.
Tim Purdy
Director of Operations & Logistics

With 30 years in law enforcement, Tim brings hands-on experience in patrol, homicide investigations, and specialized drug interdiction teams. A veteran CMPD Police Academy instructor, he manages logistics, training equipment, and operational readiness, ensuring that our teams and clients are prepared for real-world success.
